Douglas J. Bergen & Associates Ltd. was established in 1985 and serves its clients through design, planning and real estate development. In the course of our work we have developed a number of specialties: however our focus remains on creating quality design solutions for our client’s needs.
The Firm:
The office is located on a ten-acre parcel of land ten km east of the city of Lethbridge on Hwy 512. This unique location was selected to allow greater freedom of expression in the office design, as well as offer the opportunity to create a completely master planned property. The firm’s strong commitment to prairie architecture is reflected in the massing of the custom home and office on the site.
Services:
Our design work includes residential, commercial and planning services to a wide variety of clientele. We have developed solutions for projects consisting of 150 residential units as well as prepared detailed drawings for single family residence renovations and additions. Our commercial projects include retail strip malls, warehouse and leasehold improvements.
